The NOP (National Organic Program) organic certification is issued by the Agricultural Marketing Service of the United States Department of Agriculture.

The NOP - USDA program is the National Organic Program of the United States, which standardizes organic production in relation to plant, animal, or processing products to be sold or imported as organic in the country. MAYACERT is an accredited NOP - USDA certifier, approved to carry out the certification process according to the standard.

Our organic certification is equivalent to regulations (EC) 834/2007 and 889/2008, allowing your product to freely circulate in the European Common Market. We are accredited to ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and provide the CE certificate.

The organic certification created by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries of Japan for agricultural and wild collection products under JAS Not 1605 and Organic Product Processing Not 1606 standards for the Japanese market. The certification is necessary for clients who want to export their organic production to Japan, even if they have certificates from other countries.

Obtain the JAS organic certification through Mayacert, an accredited certifier by the Japanese government (MAFF). Once you obtain your certification, you can use the JAS symbol on your products. Mayacert is listed among the certification bodies approved by ROC (Regenerative Organic Certified) to carry out the certification process.

KRAV is Sweden's most well-known sustainability label for food and beverages, based on ecological principles with particularly high standards for animal welfare, health, social responsibility, and climate impact. KRAV develops its standards based on the principles of IFOAM for organic agriculture, but it is not limited to the EU regulations on organic production.

Mayacert is listed as an approved certification body to provide verification services for the additional KRAV requirements for organic products and raw materials already certified under Regulation (EU) 848/2018 and produced in Central America, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Colombia.

Swiss Standard for Organic Agricultural Production. Requirement for exporting organic products to Switzerland, regardless of other certifications.

The Bio Suisse certificate is the Swiss organic agricultural production certificate, created by the Bio Suisse organization and controlled by International Certification Bio Suisse AG (ICB). Mayacert acts as an authorized inspection body to conduct Bio Suisse inspections abroad.

Bio Suisse is an organization of Swiss producer associations founded in 1981 that developed standards for organic crop management, awarding the Yema product label for operations with prior certification in accordance with EU Regulation 848/2018 or equivalent that meets Standard requirements. The Bio Suisse certification is necessary for clients who wish to export their organic production to Switzerland, even if they already have certificates from other countries.

National Organic Seal of South Korea, issued by the country's Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (MAFRA). For this service, Mayacert has collaboration agreements with certification agencies accredited by the Korean government.

Although Mayacert is not directly accredited with COR, the equivalence that exists between USDA-NOP and COR allows USDA-NOP certified customers to market their products in Canada and affix the COR seal.

Mayacert's input registration service assesses the equivalence of inputs with national and international organic regulations such as NOP-USDA, CE Regulation 834/2007, and JAS.

This service does not constitute certification. MAYACERT issues a document stating the compatibility and equivalence of the input with the required international or national organic standards as requested by the applicant. It is essential that inputs have the approval registration issued by the Ministry of Agriculture or competent entity in their marketing country.

For inputs being evaluated for the first time, Mayacert carries out physical inspections, including visits to processing areas and storage warehouses.
